(Hwanung) descended to νλ°±μ° (Taebaeksan) with 3,000 followers. π§οΈ He brought the gods of wind, rain, and clouds to govern the world. He established μ μ (Sinsi) β the “City of God” β and began to rule with the ideal of νμ΅μΈκ° (εΌηδΊΊι): “to broadly benefit humanity.” π

The founding myth of Korea starts with patience, sacrifice, and garlic. (So does Makgeolli, come to think of it. π) Makgeolli β made from rice, nurtured by time and fermentation β is Korea in a cup. On κ°μ²μ , pour one for μ
