Products
All of our products are made by hand using traditional methods. Unpasteurized (생막걸리) and no preservatives, artificial sweeteners or colors. Just rice, water and nuruk!
Sun (막걸리) Makgeolli
Handcrafted Danyangju. Sparkling and lighter in alcohol than our other products.Refreshing, slightly tart, carbonation

How We Brew
All Natural Ingredients
Our Makgeolli is made with just 3 ingredients: Rice, Water and Nuruk. We don’t add chemicals, preservatives, artificial sweeteners, artificial colors, etc.
Small Batches
We brew traditionally in small batches by hand.
Handcrafted
손맛 (sonmat) is the Korean word for “hand taste”. It is the unique taste that is produced by making something by hand. It is the skill, care and love of our brewers as they brew the makgeolli using their hands.
Unpasteurized (생막걸리)
Our Makgeolli contains live probiotics. We don’t pasteurize before or after bottling. Please keep refrigerated and enjoy this healthy drink!
